Eric Zwirner is the Founder and CEO of Zwirner Equipment Company. He brings over 36 years of industry experience to Zwirner Equipment Company. He got his start in 1984 at Heritage Equipment Company which was founded by his father, Chris Zwirner. Working his way up, Eric eventually purchased the company in 1996. Operating on a strong belief that customer service is the highest priority, he stayed abreast of industry trends and development, enabling Heritage to diversify and grow over the next 13 years. In fact, Heritage was named Small Business Exporter of the Year by Ohio’s Small Business Development Centers saying the company was known for “superior quality, prompt response and efficient technology” under Eric’s management. Eric eventually sold Heritage Equipment Company and relocated to Tennessee, where he founded Zwirner Equipment Company in 2013. In his free time, Eric enjoys traveling, fishing, raising and training German Shepherds, college football (GO BUCKS!), and hockey!
Bob Sturlini is a Sales & Service Representative at Zwirner Equipment Company. He joined the Zwirner Equipment team in 2015 and brings over a decade of experience working in food, chemical and manufacturing plants. His experience includes building, modifying and repairing equipment. Additionally, Bob is a certified welder with over 70 hours of safety training and leads the company's Welder Certification Program. His hands-on experience gives him an in-depth understanding of equipment capabilities and ways to overcome challenges found in real life applications. Bob is responsible for coordinating solutions for the processing industry including quoting and selling equipment, planning and overseeing on-site welding/fabrication, and providing replacement parts to avoid lengthy shutdowns. After growing up in the suburbs of Chicago, Bob moved to Nashville in 2015 where he enjoys kayaking and riding motorcycles around the scenic state of Tennessee.
Kim is the Accounting Manager, during her professional career, Kim has held the position of Chief Financial Officer for a Multi-State Environmental Remediation/Services Company, and various Controller/Human Resources positions in Manufacturing, Service and Publishing industries. She attended Volunteer State College, MTSU, and Cumberland University. Kim lives outside of Hartsville with her husband of 40 years, Steve, and has one adult daughter, Sarah. She has traveled internationally and enjoys antiquing and is involved with several Outdoor Conservation Groups.
Rodger joined Zwirner Equipment Company in November of 2019 in the position of Shop Manager. Rodger has 32 years’ experience working in automotive manufacturing. Rodger is married to Kathy, and together they have 5 boys, for of whom are married with 4 children. Rodger and Kathy enjoy fishing, bicycling, walking, and traveling. They are also actively involved with their church.
Katelyn joined the Zwirner Equipment Team in 2024 as Purchasing / Transportation Coordinator. She has 5 years’ experience in the welding industry. She lives in Carthage with her wife of 4 years Cierra and son Adrien. She enjoys welding, drawing, and spending time with her family.
Jason joined the Zwirner Equipment Team in 2024 as Inside Sales Representative for all tanks and processing equipment. He has 29 years of experience in the Industrial Machinery Supply business. As Vice President of Interactive Technology, Inc. he was responsible for all phases of the operation. Jason lives in Watertown with his wife Rebekah and teenage son Jordan. He enjoys kayaking and fishing, woodworking and attending his local church.
Heather joined Zwirner Equipment in August 2022 bringing with her 25+ years of office experience in various roles from Customer Service to Accounting in several diverse industries. Her family made the decision to leave the hustle and bustle of Nashville for a life in Hartsville in 2019. When she isn’t working, Heather enjoys spending time with her two grown children, pets, friends and family.
